If my flight is delayed, should I inform HeraklionCab?
Our company is informed for flight delays so its not necessary to inform us. Our drivers become aware of flight delays without any extra charge for you.
Where will I meet the HeraklionCab driver and how can I recognize him?
Our driver will be waiting at the arrival exit of the airport holding a sign with your name.
How do I pay?
You can pay with Cash to the driver when you will arrive to your destination or with Paypal
What should I do if I come out of the arrivals exits earlier than the time that i gave and I don’t see the driver?
You should remain at the arrival exit until the driver comes or else you must communicate with us by call to 0030 6942601228 or by email to info@heraklioncab.com

If possible, activate your mobile phone as soon as possible when you arrived at the airport.
What happens if I fail to meet the driver in the airport?
In such a rare case, if our company is fully responsible for the incident, we provide you with another taxi from the airport without any charge.
Note:
Such cases are extremely rare but we are obliged to inform our clients for possible unexpected incidents.
Is smoking allowed in the taxi?
Even though smoking is prohibited by the EU, you can always smoke in consultation with the driver, before boarding in the taxi or in the case of big distant destination to place stand 5-10 minutes.
How can I ask for a baby seat?
When you complete the booking reservation we give the possibility to choose between 3 different sizes of baby seats.
What if our suitcases are more than the suitcase’s capacity?
In case your suitcase is more than the vehicle’s suitcase capacity, we can arrange transfer with another vehicle with an extra charge. Suitcase capacity of our vehicles you can see them in the category of our fleet and also when you choose a vehicle at the booking reservation. The number of suitcase capacity concern medium size of suitcases.
What happens if i didn’t receive the booking confirmation?
In case that you didn’t receive our booking confirmation in 2-3 minutes , first of all please check your junk emails and if you don’t have it also there, please contact with us by an email to info@heraklioncab.com or from contact form.
